Substance Abuse Traffic Offenders Program

This in-house, in-person program consists of 12-16 steps that typically takes 6 months (approximately 30 sessions) to complete. This program is typically used with adults who are suffering from substance abuse, multiple drug charges and DUI offenses. MRT is used in a variety of settings including those in jails, prisons, community corrections, treatment courts, halfway houses, diversion, parole and probation, and drug/mental health/DUI courts, numerous substance abuse programs, both residential and outpatient.
The program is open-ended meaning that clients can begin participation at any time. The sessions require a weekly interaction with instructors and the utilization of MRT workbooks. MRT is a cognitive-behavioral treatment system that leads to enhanced moral reasoning, better decision making, and more appropriate behavior.
